All Sales Are Final:

- As of February 29,2024, all sales made through Gourmet Grind Coffee Roasters are considered final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, preferences, or any other reason beyond the scope of our exceptions listed below.

Exceptions:

- Damaged Items:  We understand that accidents sometimes happen during shipping. In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your order. We will promptly assess the issue and, if necessary, provide a replacement.

- Incorrect Orders:  If you receive an incorrect item in your order, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you, and if applicable, provide instructions for the return of the incorrect item.

Reporting Damages or Incorrect Orders:

  1. Damaged Items: Please provide clear photos of the damaged item, including the packaging, within 3 days of receiving your order. Send the images along with your order number and a brief description of the damage to inquiry@gourmetgrindroasters.com
  1. Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and details of the incorrect item. We will guide you through the process of returning the incorrect item and ensure the correct one is promptly sent to you.
